Can I change my Order?
Answer : it is not possible to change or cancel your order after you have accepted the order. Please look at personal information carefully before placing your order.
I have not received an order, what should I do?
Answer : if you have not received an order, go to your spam box. To be sure you don't miss an update. Make sure that our emails are accepted and not marked as 'junk mail'. If you do not receive an order confirmation in the spam box, please contact our customer service 24/7 chat or via email: info@nessbeauty.nl

Can I change my address after I have placed an order?
Answer : We would like to emphasize how important it is to check the personal data you enter before confirming it. once an order is placed, no changes can be made afterwards. For further questions, please contact our customer service.
RETURN
What is Return periods?
Answer : You have time options to return your order within 14 working days after the date of shipment. Make sure that products that are returned are not damaged and of course have a shipping label. make a copy or a photo of your return until we process it.
What interim period will my returns process start?
Answer : Returns process will take a maximum of 14 working days. When the returns process starts, the following number of refunds will be transferred, followed by:
IDeal / Bank Contact: The amount will be credited back to your account within 5 working days. Paypal: the amount will then be refunded to Paypal account within 3 working days. You will then receive email.
NB! Returned products are your responsibility after they have arrived at the department store. Please ensure that box is not damaged. Always request proof of shipment from Postpunt.
I have not received my Returns form, what now?
Answer : There is no problem! Place a Note on Returned Box with your name, order number & email address.
Can I exchange my products?
Answer : It is probably not possible to exchange products. Do you want different size or color? you will then have to place your order again.
Return conditions
- Returns are only accepted in the Return period within 14 working days.
- Unfortunately, designer T-shirts that have been made cannot be returned if they are damaged. Unfortunately, no refund process will start.
- You are responsible for the costs and risks of shipping on your personal account.
- We accept Return if there is Original return form with Return label & box. Damaged and used products will then be returned.
- Without a Track and Trace code, no investigation into lost products will be initiated. Stay alert, proof of shipment with Track & Trace is required for a refund.
